In addition to these things, the plot has a few holes that I can’t discuss without spoiling the ending, but I’ll just say they were minor and I only noticed them a few days after I’d finished the book. The entire novel is littered with her sister's name and interesting things about her, so much so that I would often forget the main character's name! I think it would've been a much darker and more interesting book if it was told from the troubled twin sister’s point of view rather than from the point of view of the ‘normal’ sister who had moved on. In my opinion, she was a little bit boring compared to her twin sister. Another problem I had with this novel was the main character. I consider this a soft con because the “happy ever after” isn’t really necessary for the plot to be concluded, but it would've been nice if it was at least hinted at.

The outcome cuts off rather abruptly and we don’t get to know how the characters move on after all of the drama. However, after my brisk reading, I was left with a few questions unanswered.
